Toilet blocks in parks, yes i agree that we need more. But sadly they do get abused and cost a lot of money to put right. Most toilets in Wigan that i know of smell and arent really clean. This is an area i have tried to improve with the council.

Did you know because of the Olympics coming to London in 2012 the Government have said all local authorities must improve public amenities like toilets. We will have to wait and see, because I feel that the present coalition Gov’ will not carry this through.
