For me izzy it has to be Clement Attlee, he was the first post war Labour Prime Minister, and he introduced what we today call the welfare state. When our economy was 5 times worse than it is today, he created the most precious thing in our country our National Health Service.
The NHS is free at point of use, and in other countries people have to pay massive sums of money just for to see a doctor.
I have admired lots of people in history. I do like reading about Sir Winston Churchill and his long and interesting life, especially through World War 2
