Being able to help people in my community and making things happen. This has been new play areas, new road safety improvements, hanging baskets, sponsoring youth football matches, just helping with peoples needs. Its great!!!

The best thing about being a councillor is the ability to give those who don’t have a voice in our society the chance to be heard. Everyday I am proud to represent the area in which I grew up.

Hi livy.. The best thing about being a Cllr.. Is when you get help to some one who has asked for it, this is a good feeling, but at the same time when you can not get them help, its a real downer.. its a balance between the two.
Cllrs do try to help everyone who ask’s for it, but sometimes we can not win every battle.. Thank you.
