I don’t like graffiti at all. The other week we had St Thomas’s Church cleaned after some fool sprayed the Church!! Its not acceptable. I think we could have an area where people could go to spray paint and then have it painted over after 3 months or so.
HI nash … i think that it is a shame that people have to express themselves in this way by vandalising public property. I think it makes an area look untidy and tired. Just like littering we all need to work together to stop it. If you do see any gaffitti anywhere you can report it to the council who have a Graffitti Removal Team, who are very good. I have just had an area done in my ward by this team. If you do know of any graffitti or see any please ring 244991 and ask for ‘Street Scene’, who will help you.
