Its very satisfying and rewarding to help people. When someone has had a problem and feel they have been getting nowhere, its fantastic to be ina position of being able to help. Love it!!

Well it’s not all hard work… 😉 doing this is very good fun and its’s nice to talk to younger people like you.. to see what i’m doing wrong and what I need to work on in the future.. 🙂

It’s hard, lots of time spent walking around the ward looking for problems, as well as following up case work.
