    Izzy,

Within my political career it has to be two main people, firstly Andy Burnham for introducing me into politics, but secondly my agent Tom Sherratt.

We can all learn something from everyone – hard to say really.

Politically: – Andrew Stephenson MP for Pendle. He’s one of the main reasons I ended up being a Councillor, he helped and encouraged me a lot and I was delighted when he got elected as an MP.

    Hi izzy,
It’s got to be my Dad..We worked together for seven years as Councillors, we also served together in the Army (Royal Signals).
I would always ask his advice when things got hard and he would always come up with a very good answer no matter what the issue was, sadly he passed away in July and I miss him loads…
    Thank you
    Regards
    Gary
