I would support any play area irrespective of where it is located. I don’t represent Leigh so cant comment specifically but happy to pass on any specific requests to your Councillor.

Hi Phoebe,
I support more play areas across Leigh and would love to see bigger and better play areas, we have just finished a skate park in Ashton, it’s very popular, and I would like to see more skate parks in Leigh like we have in Ashton.
We need more meeting areas, dry warm and safe areas to meet your friends, team meets Cyber café’s etc we need the Council to support youth facilities more.
I would like to see a Community Centre in every area open every night so people like you Phoebe have some were to go.

There has been substantial investment across Leigh with the pathfinder projects, but we can always do more. Having a fun and friendly place to play is very important to your development. Children and families need more choice, and more consultation on future projects, maybe work more in schools to find out what you truly want.
