hello ponymad … it is difficult finding a fine balance for young people of various ages. I am all for areas for youths to congregate where they can meet their friends but it is hard to stop the few who want to destroy other peoples fun. Parks should have graffitti walls for graffitti which would be painted out every so often in order for everyone to refresh it.

Graffitti is way of expression look at the graffitti artist Bansky go on the internet and look up some of his work. It is amazing, who knows that the next ‘Banksy’ could live near you. By the way, Banksy isnt known to anybody, his identity is secret! I believe that he does come from Bristol.
